As a Hindu, I fast on a Thursday to Lord Shiva. So its the day that I abstain from eating meat, and I partake in a healthy meal with lots of veggies. Today’s home cooked menu featured spaghetti noodles (pasta is my favorite) along with fried cabbage, corn, and greeen beans with a hint of spice for flavor. 

This is a very simple and delicious menu to cook after work. You can experiment by adding your own spices, whether you like hit hot, mild, sweat or even sour.
