Biscuits & Barbeque, a hidden trailer in Mineola

Biscuits and Barbeque, a hidden gem (trailer) in the heart of Mineola (Long Island, New York). Featuring tasty Cajun food that’s served with friendliness and on time.

If you enjoy the couziness of a dinner and its unique layout, then you will love this place. Also don’t forget to order dessert. The bourbon pecan pie was delicious, both in decor and taste! There is an ample amount of parking as well.

It’s definitely worth the visit, especially after a long day of shopping at Roosevelt Field shopping mall.

Also here are some photos that we took during our 2018 visit to Dyker Heights (Brooklyn, NY), during Christmas.

‘Tis the season… Soca meets EDM mashup!

That’s right we are ending this year with a big bang! Giving you the best of this year’s Soca and EDM. Hits from Mr Legz, Stiffy, Marzville, Destra, and Busy Signal.

On the EDM/Trance side we have Hardwell, Avicii (RIP my brother, your live sets, and innovative mashups will always be remembered and celebrated), Rihanna, Kings of Leon, and much more!

Shout out and lots of love to our fans liking and sharing our mixes on Mixcloud (https://www.mixcloud.com/djravijay/).

Big up to all of our fans celebrating the holidays. As part of our annual tradition we visit Dyker Heights Christmas Lights in Brooklyn. This year we got to meet B&R Christmas Decorators, and they told us about this amazing charity, Michael’s Cause (#michaelscause), that is raising funds to support research for Muscular Dystrophy. Give Michael and his family some holiday cheer this year at http://www.michaelscause.org/

Diwali Motorcade (Liberty Avenue, Richmond Hill, NY) by Lakshmee of Divya Jyoti Association

Diwali Motorcade (Liberty Avenue, Richmond Hill, NY) by Lakshmee of Divya Jyoti Association

What a spectacular event this weekend, the Diwali Motorcade in Richmond Hill (NY), right in front of Sybil’s Bakery. Shout out to Lakshmee and every one of Divya Jhoti Association for this amazing festival of lights. You truly lit up the avenue.

Also big up to Shanaz Hussian of Shanaz Music Sensation, one of the judges of the Diwali Motorcade.

Chevrolet was definitely the vehicle of choice, from the Chevy Camaro, Z71 Series, Suburban, to Colorado. There was also an old-school Impala with an amazing sound system. Even a throwback Acura NSX that was very low to the ground.

Shout out to the NYPD Desi Society, United Madrassi Association, Sri Durga Mandir of Brooklyn, and Running Man Express for their spectacular floats/trucks and huge turnout on the avenue during the Diwali Motorcade.
